The quickest way to book an appointment would be to give us a call or book online. For continuity of care we endeavour to make sure you see the same vet each time.
Ordering medication
There are a number of ways you can order you pet’s prescription. You can do so easily via our website, Whatsapp us or calling the clinic.
Opening Times
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00pm
Sunday: Closed
24/7 Advice
We are delighted to be able to offer veterinary advice 24/7 for all our clients via our partnership with Vidivet. Think of it as NHS 111 for pets, maybe you aren’t sure if you need to book a visit or need advice ‘out of hours’, then Vidivet is here to reassure you. And best of all it’s FREE to all our clients! All you need to do is register here.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency outside of normal working hours, please contact Vets Now on 01376 619496 (Witham) or 01206 355916 (Manningtree) where a vet will be onsite throughout the night to provide continuous treatment and monitoring of our patients.
Our clinic is located on Bergholt Road near North Station. We have plenty of parking available behind the clinic which is signposted. We are also wheelchair accessible.
