I’m a veterinary surgeon and director at Mayne Vets. Charlotte and I took over the clinic in 2012, but until 2018 I was just helping with running our practice behind the scenes. Nowadays my role within the clinic is split between clinical work and managing things in the background to ensure our team has the right support to provide an excellent service.

Many people think my career choice was an odd one given that I am allergic to rabbits, cats and horses, however I’ve always wanted to work with animals and being a vet brings a tremendous sense of achievement when we can help make them better. Outside of work I’m a big rugby fan and always support Scotland!
