My name is Charlotte and I run the clinic alongside my husband Keith. I’m a veterinary surgeon and joined the clinic as a new graduate way back in 2004 when the delightful Mrs Vivian Long took me under her wing. I spent the best part of the next eight years developing my skills and embracing the practice’s unique ethos before taking over the reins in 2012.

Being a vet is an incredibly rewarding career, it’s difficult to pick a favourite aspect but our wonderful patients are what make this job so special. It’s a real privilege to be able to work with animals and their families and I love being part of such a great team of like minded people. Within the clinic I really enjoy surgery, oncology as well as imaging, so I tend to do most of our ultrasound scans. At home I have a girl called Amelia and a son called Jamie, but no pets, since my poor husband is allergic to most animals! Outside work I love to travel, keep fit and enjoy spending time with my family.
