COVID-19 Policy

During the COVID-19 pandemic please rest assured that we are still here for you and your pets.

In light of the current lockdown we are following the advice of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the British Veterinary Association (BVA), this is being continually monitored and updated.

At present we are, where possible, offering telephone and video consultations to help reduce non essential travel and maintain social distancing.

We are still seeing sick and urgent cases if necessary but we are not permitting clients into the clinic. We would ask you to call us when you arrive at the clinic and wait in your vehicle, a member of our team will come out to collect your pet and transport them into the clinic for an examination and treatment.

Although we are not booking routine appointments we are offering some vaccinations and neutering surgeries. The decision to book these appointments are based on the individual patient’s risk and will be at the discretion of the duty vet. For more information please click here.

We prefer to post out medications where possible. if you come to the clinic please phone us and wait in your vehicle, a member of our team will bring your pet’s medication out to you.

We are not able to offer routine house visits during this time.

We will now be taking most payments over the phone and are currently not accepting cash payments.

This is an extremely anxious time for all of us but we will do our best to continue to provide you and your pets with the best service we possibly can.
